Job Announcement

Turner County Emergency Services has an opening for one full time Paramedic position.

EMT-Iʼs and EMT-Aʼs will be considered with the understanding they must complete their Paramedic certification within two years.

This individual should be at least 18 years of age, must hold a valid Georgia Driverʼs License with a good driving record, and be able to lift reasonably heavy weights of at least 100+ pounds. The candidate must be certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. This position will be open until filled.

Applications may be picked up at the Courthouse Annex or at the Turner County Emergency Services Office at 625 East Washington Ave. The individuals selected must undergo and pass a criminal background history report, a driverʼs history report, and may be required to take an alcohol/substance abuse test.

Deadline for applications is 5:00 p.m. October 14, 2016.
